Q: Does Fiesta Land deliver outside Charlotte?
A: Yes. We deliver to Pineville, Matthews, Indian Land, Ballantyne, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Lake Wylie, Belmont, Huntersville, Concord and Statesville. If you're just outside this list, text us your zip code and we'll confirm whether we can reach you.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: Yes. The delivery fee starts at $50. Final charges will be determined by mileage to the event address
Q: Do you deliver to public/private venues, parks or churches?
A: Yes. We deliver to various types of venues, parks, recreational pavilions, churches and community centers throughout our service area. Just let us know the venue type and any access details (stairs, elevators, parking) when you fill out the form. We are insured if the venue requires it.
Pricing & Booking
Q: How much does a soft play or inflatable bounce house rental cost?
A: Soft play sets start at $375 and inflatable bounce houses start at $125, depending on size and package. Exact pricing depends on your location and equipment choice. Fill out the fiesta form and we'll confirm within 24 hours.
Q: Is a deposit required to book?
A: Yes, we require a 50% refundable deposit (See Cancellation Policy below). The remaining balance is due day of your fiesta.
Q: Does the rental rate change if I book for less time?
A: No. Our rentals are for 5 hour periods. Our soft play rentals rates are NOT prorated.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates, which fill up quickly during spring and summer party season.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: Cancel up to 7 days before your party for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Weather
Q: What happens if it rains on my event day?
A: We'll touch base before delivery. If you can move the setup indoors, we are good to go! If you don't have an indoor backup space, we will reschedule your event to a future date. There are zero rescheduling fees, we'll just help you find the next available date on our calendar. If you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.
Q: Does Fiesta Land rent tents or coverings for the soft play rentals?
A: No. Fiesta Land does not rent tents. We suggest getting a 12x12 tent if you'd like and we can help install it if needed.
Age Range & Safety
Q: What age is Fiesta Land's soft play equipment appropriate for?
A: Our soft play sets are designed for children ages 5 and under, with soft edges, low platforms, and no small parts that pose a choking hazard.
Q: Does Fiesta Land supervise the equipment during the party?
A: No. Our rentals are drop off and setup only and an adult must supervise children at all times while the equipment is in use.
Q: What are the safety rules for soft play and bounce house use?
A: Children must be supervised at all times, shoes must be removed before entering, and food, drinks, and sharp objects are not allowed inside the play area. Children who are sick or showing symptoms of illness should not use the equipment.
Q: How does Fiesta Land secure the bounce houses?
A: Fiesta Land secures the bounce houses with either 18" metal stakes or 50 pound sand bags at each anchor point.
Cleaning & Hygiene
Q: How does Fiesta Land clean the equipment between rentals?
A: Every piece of equipment is sanitized before your event. We use a premium grade, unscented, rinse free toy disinfectant that contains zero harsh chemicals, leaves no residue, and dries instantly. We even do a final spot clean during setup so you can be 100% confident that our soft play sets, bounce houses, balls and mats are perfectly safe for your little ones.
Delivery Day
Q: What happens on delivery day?
A: Our team arrives ahead of your event (usually 1-2hrs early), sets up and sanitizes the equipment on site, and picks it up at your scheduled time. You don't have to handle any of the equipment yourself. Setup typically takes around an 1 hour.
Q: Do I need to do anything when Fiesta Land arrives for setup?
A: No. All we'll need is a level area for setting up and a power source if a bounce house is being installed. If you're unable to be onsite during delivery just let us know and we'll act accordingly.
Q: What surfaces can equipment be set up on?
A: We can set up on grass, turf, driveway, or indoor flooring, depending on the package. Let us know your setup surface when booking so we bring the right equipment.
Q: Do you set up indoors?
A: Yes. Our soft play sets are designed for indoor use, including living rooms and event venues, in addition to outdoor setups.
