What is Soft Play?
Soft play is a dedicated, play area designed for toddlers and crawlers (Ages 5 & under).
Our setups include padded mats, foam climbers, ball pits, and soft blocks, providing a safe environment for little ones to engage and explore without the "big kids" getting in the way.
How do you ensure the equipment is clean?
Cleanliness is our #1 priority. We use hospital-grade, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaners to deep-clean every piece of equipment before and after every rental.
We are parents too, if we wouldn't let our kids play on it we won't let yours!
Do you deliver to my area?
We proudly serve the Queen City and surrounding areas
Note: All rentals will include a delivery fee based on location
Can the bounce houses be set up outdoors?
Yes! As long as the weather permits and the ground is flat (grass, turf, or concrete).
We do not set up on gravel or dirt to protect the equipment.
In the event of rain or high winds, we will work with you to move the party indoors or reschedule.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental is for 5 hours, but we offer time extension options for an additional fee.
We include 60 mins for setup, and that time doesn't count against your 5-hour play window
Is a deposit required to book?
To officially "save the date," we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance is due day of your fiesta
What happens if I need to cancel?
We get it kids get sick and plans change.
If you cancel at least [ 7 ] days in advance, your deposit can be applied to a future booking.
