Safety Policy Rules

1. Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults at all times while using the soft play equipment.

2. No shoes: Please remove shoes before entering the soft play area to keep it clean and safe.

3. No food or drinks: Food and drinks are not allowed inside the soft play area to prevent spills and maintain cleanliness.

4. No rough play: Children should engage in gentle play and avoid roughhousing to prevent injuries to themselves and others.

5. No sick children: For the well-being of all guests, children who are sick or showing symptoms of illness should not enter the soft play area.

6. No sharp objects: Children should not bring any sharp objects or toys into the soft play area to prevent injuries.

7.  Most importantly, have fun and enjoy your time in the soft play area while following these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Fiestaland CLT is not responsible for injuries resulting from use of equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in additional service fees.
